Heat Stroke

Deskripsi Kecelakaan
Sekitar tanggal 09/04/2016 telah dilaporan
kurang lebih 80 orang tewas akibat terserang
heat stroke atau sengatan panas.
Definisi
Sengatan panas (heat stroke) adalah suatu
kondisi dimana suhu tubuh di atas 40 C, dapat
disebabkan oleh kenaikan suhu lingkungan,
atau aktivitas yang dapat meningkatkan suhu
tubuh. Heat stroke merupakan kondisi yang
mengancam jiwa.

Accident Description
Arround 09/04/2016 have been
reported about 80 people killed in
a stricken heat stroke.
Definition
Heat stroke is a condition where
the body temperature is above 40
C, can be caused by a rise in
temperature of the environment, or
activities that may increase body
temperature. Heat stroke is a lifethreatening condition !!!

Penyebab ???
1. Cuaca yang terik (tersengat matahari
langsung) dalam waktu lama
2. Kondisi badan yang drop
3. Kurang minum / dehidrasi
4. Olahraga yang terlalu berat dalam kondisi
yang panas

What caused it?

Pertolongan Pertama

First Aid
1. Remove the victim's clothes
2. Move the victim to a cool place
3. Reduce the body temperature
by :
Use cold clothes and towels
Put ice on the skin
Use a fan

1. Lepaskan pakaian korban

2. Pindahkan korban ke tempat sejuk
3. Turunkan suhu tubuhnya dengan cara :
Gunakan pakaian & handuk yg dingin
Letakkan es pada kulit korbab
Gunakan selimut pendingin
Gunakan kipas angin
4. Pijat korban u/meningkatkan sirkulasi
5. Pantau suhu dan tanda-tanda vital
6.Berikan oksigen & pasang infus bila ada
7.Segera bawa ke unit pelayanan kesehatan
terdekat

4. Massage the victim to increase

Circulation
5. Monitor the temperature and
vital signs
6. Give oxygen and infusion
7. Take it as soon as to the nearest
health care unit
