Lesson Objective/Rationale (What is the point of the lesson? What should leaners be able to

Students will be participating in oral language by repeating the names of common Christmas
symbols. Students will complete a matching sheet to re-iterate knowledge of Christmas words.

Students will be gaining a deeper understanding and expanding their French Christmas

vocabulary. Students will be completing a matching activity on French Christmas vocabulary.

-We will start each class with a song:

able to get up and dance too.

-Each Class we will learn 1-2 common

class. We will repeat as a class as well I
will write it on the board:
1. Est-ce que je peux aller aux toilettes?
(Can I go to the bathroom?
2. Est-ce que je peux aller boire de
leau? (Can I have a drink of water?)

class repeat back the words.
