Capacity for 70 to 125 guests
Room rental fees will be determined based on specific date and time requested.

PRIVATE DINING ROOM

The perfect area to hold business meetings, bridal shower and private dinners
Capacity for 20 to 30 guests
$35 room rental charge per hour with catering from Westchase
$75 room rental charge per hour without catering from Westchase

GREENS OUTSIDE TERRACE

Great for outdoor birthday parties and cookouts
Capacity for 40 to 60 guests
Rental fees will be determined based on specific date and time requested.

$25 per 30 guest setup

Dance floor, additional tables and chairs can be arranged with a rental company selected
by Westchase per your request. These costs will be added to your bill in accordance
with the agreed upon proposal. Westchase is not responsible for faulty
or damaged rental items.

Event Details

PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING:

All food and beverage items are priced per person unless otherwise noted.
Group representative will be responsible for any damage caused during the event
State of Florida liquor laws will apply
Final count and final payment due to Westchase no
later than 7 days prior to the scheduled event
All food and beverage purchases are subject to a service
charge of 21%, as well as all state and local taxes
No buffet food can be taken out and to-go containers will be prohibited
Westchase will book a party within 12 months of the actual date.
Westchase does allow birdseed to be used but
unfortunately we cannot allow rice or confetti.
No items are to be attached to the walls in any way. Decorations
must be taken with you at the end of the event. Westchase
cannot be responsible for items left after an event.
Westchase requires a $300 deposit, which is
refundable up to 90 days before the party.
