JOB SUMMARY: Responsible in providing payroll and statutory benefits, administrative


and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate
financial and administrative operations.

MAJOR JOB FUNCTIONS

I.

Payroll and Benefits Administration

timely preparation of semi-

monthly generated payroll and benefits reports.

II.

Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are
tracked in the system
Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors
Participating monthly remittance of the premium contribution.
Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling
benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment
Answering payroll questions

Recruitment/New Hire Process


Participating in recruitment efforts
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Collecting employment and tax information
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
Preparing new employee files
Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit
documentation
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Conducting benefit enrollment process
Administering new employment assessments
Serving as a point person for all new employee questions

Maintaining current HR files and databases


Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status,
and similar records
Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews,
and disciplinary actions

OTHER RELATED JOBS

absences & tardiness, payslip, Overtime slip, Back to work form,
undertime slip, application for Leave, extend employees assistance
on emergency cases like sickness, calamities & etc);
