ABOUT THE INSTITUTION

Bharathidasan Institute of Technology (BIT)
has been established as a Technical Institute
under Anna University, Chennai by the
Government of Tamil Nadu and recently
sponsored with Technical Education Quality
Improvement Programme (TEQIP) grant. It
offers a variety of UG, PG and research
programmes with an approximate of 3000
students in the campus. The Institution works
towards developing partnerships with
industries and academic institutes to provide
quality education and opportunities for
entrepreneurial development. The main
objective of the institute is to generate a
horde of highly creative professionals, who
can contribute not only to the Human
Resource Development and also to Nation
building exercise. BIT has carved a niche for
itself in providing technical education in the
disciplines that are rare of their kind in our
country with a high level of competence since
1999.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

The department of Automobile Engineering
was started in the year 2008 and has
dedicated teachers. It has state of art
laboratories acting as a catylst for improving
students achievements and performance. The
department has organized several National
level workshop/ Conferences.
The
department has research activities funded by
CSIR and DRDO. The department also offers
post-graduation courses namely M.E in Energy
Engineering, M.E Thermal Engineering and
M.E Manufacturing Engineering.

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE (NCEDA16)

The objective of the NCEDA16 is to strengthen
the relation between research scholars,
academicians, working professionals and
scientists. The conference will focus on
technical challenges, research updates and
recent innovations. The conference will also
have a key note addresses by eminent
professionals.

MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION
The Manuscript should be in a camera-ready
form and should not exceed four typed pages.
Manuscript should contain a short running title
with the name of authors and their affiliations,
brief introduction, experimental, results and
discussions, conclusions and references.
Figures and tables are to be interposed with
text with captions. Authors are requested to
prepare the manuscript in MS Word using Arial
Font (12 size) and 1.15 lines spacing in the main
text. The prepared manuscript should be sent
through Email: nceda.2016@gmail.com. The
peer reviewed and accepted papers will be
intimated through email

PUBLICATION
All the shortlisted papers will be published in
the special issue of Journal of Advanced
Engineering Research (ISSN NO. 2393-8447)
