SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, AZZEDINE SADSAD, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of

Catitipan, Davao City, Philippines, do hereby make, constitute and appoint
EMIKO ESCOVILLA, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of No. 809
Burgos-Cervantes St., Barrio Obrero, Davao City, Philippines, to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, place and stead, and perform any
of the following acts and deed namely:

1. To act as my general representative and agent with full authority

to get, claim and receive the owners duplicate copy of title
covered by TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No. T-338805
containing an area of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE (183)
SQUARE METERS, more or less, located at Barangay
Buhangin, Davao City from San Pedro Hospital, Davao City;

2. To execute and sign the acknowledgement receipt relative to the

above-mentioned transaction;

3. To do all other acts as may be necessary for the successful

attainment of the purpose(s) for which I have issued this Special
Power of Attorney..

GIVING AND GRANTING my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority

to perform everything requisite and necessary to be done in the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
