Interview Guide Enhancement Form

The herein interview guide is designed to collect and gather the narratives of

teachers handling multigrade classes in various elementary schools in Maco North

district, what are the problems and challenges met in terms of travel distance in

going to and from their respective stations, how they handle their classes consisted

of multiple level of ages, and learning groups and how they manage their time and

resources in the performance of their duties and responsibilities as multigrade

teachers. This guide incorporates initial guide questions that will be used during

the interview and which are expected to snowball and generate more questions

regarding the concerns of the study. Please check the appropriate box indicating

your honest rating to the items below. Your response will improve further the
