Class recitations will basically be employed to determine whether the student read and
understood the provisions of the law and the decisions of the Supreme Court. Quizzes,
announced or unannounced, will also be administered to check the comprehension and analysis
of the students. Lectures and visual aids may be used when applicable. Additional cases and/or
reading assignments may be assigned if necessary.
