It's Harvest Time!

The Bible tells us that for seven years the nation of Israel was sowing and when it was harvest time,
the Israelites got nothing. Every year they would sow and get nothing because the Midianites would
come and take what they could take. Then they would destroy what they couldn't take.

God spoke to me that there are thousands of people reading this lesson... that have been sowing
seeds. Some of you represent churches. You represent ministries. You have been sowing for souls, and
you have been sowing and sowing year after year, with no harvest.

Some of you live in cities, in provinces... and you are sowing and sowing, with no harvest.

Some of you are from other countries and from different parts of the world, different places all over
the world... and you are sowing for souls, with no harvest.

Many of you sow seeds for business, but instead of a harvest, you are almost going bankrupt.

I'm telling you, something is about to happen to you.

You are sowing seeds for promotion on your job, but instead of promotion you have lost your job.

Are you hearing what I'm saying?

You are sowing seeds in your marriage. Instead of your marriage being built up, you have almost lost
your marriage.

God sent me to you. Listen to me today. Today it is harvest time. You will take your harvest.

The Bible says in Genesis 8:22, "As long as the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest time shall
never cease."

It is the Word of the Lord. If you sow, you will definitely reap. Your harvest is here. The devil is a liar.
This is your day.

In Psalm 126 verse 5, the Bible says, "If you sow in tears, you will reap with joy."

MERCY WILL ATTRACT HARVEST!

You are going to take your harvest. You are going to take your harvest! Hear the Word of the Lord!

There are three reasons why Gideon could not get his harvest. These reasons apply to you.

REASON NUMBER ONE:

THE NUMBER ONE HINDRANCE TO YOUR HARVEST IS SIN

 I know most people don't like this preaching, but sin will ho'd back your harvest. If you read verse 1
of Judges chapter 6, the Bible says that Israel did evil in the sight of the Lord.

One of the greatest deceptions of sin is that many times it looks right in your eyes, but it is wrong in
God's eyes. It's a deception.

Moses, while in Egypt, knew within himself that God was going to give him a harvest of over three
million Jews.

He knew it.

In Exodus chapter 2 verse 12, Moses thought he found a way to get it. So what did he do? The Bible
says he saw an Egyptian smiting a Hebrew, he looked to the left, he looked to the right, nobody was
watching, he killed a man and he hid him in the sand.

Ladies and gentlemen, what are you hiding in the sand? Dig it up before it kills you. It is already
destroying your harvest. What, are you hiding in the sand?

He didn't know somebody saw him. In a few days the story was everywhere. He had to run for his
life.

o Husband, what are you hiding in the sand?

o Wife, what are you hiding in the sand?
o Sunday school teacher, what are you hiding in the sand?
o Business executive, what are you hiding in the sand?

Dig it up. Say, "Dig it up!"

He that covereth his sins shall not prosper; but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall
have mercy.
Proverbs 28:13

This means you can't get a harvest until you confess your sin!

Mercy will attract harvest.

When you dig up what you are hiding in the sand, God will have mercy. The mercy of God will bring
your harvest.

o It will bring your harvest.

o Stop hiding in the sand.
o It is killing your harvest. It is robbing you of your harvest. It is taking away your harvest.
o But harvest time has come. Harvest time has come.
o Get out of the sand and receive power!

Your harvest time has come. You will get your harvest. This is harvest time. It will come in your
country. It is harvest time whether the devil likes it or not!

Come out of the sand. Stop hiding in the sand.

You can pray and fast all you want, but as long as you stay in the sand you aren't going to get it. It
won't come to you. Come out of the sand.
 REASON NUMBER TWO:
FEAR BLOCKS THE HARVEST
The common hindrance to your harvest is called fear.

And there came an angel of the LORD, and sat under an oak which was in Ophrah, that pertained
unto Joash the Abizerite: and his son Gideon threshed wheat by the winepress, to hide it from the
Midianites. And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him, and said unto him, The LORD is with thee,
thou mighty man of valour.

Judges 6:11-12

You say, "Preacher, me...a mighty man of valor?" Yes, you! The angel said, "The Lord is with you,
thou mighty man of valor." The mighty man of valor was hiding. Why was he hiding?

He was hiding for two reasons.

Number one: He didn't know what he had.

Number two: He was hiding because of fear.

Fear will rob you of the ability to fight and take what is yours. The harvest time has come and you
must overcome fear if you are going to do something about it.

o It will affect your marriage.

o Business will be affected.
o Relationships will be affected.
o Ministries will be affected.
o The power of God will fall on your life.

The angel said, "The Lord is with you, thou mighty man of valor."

You can never know what you have and who you are when you are gripped with fear.

Put your hand on your chest and say, "This is my day."

In Matthew 12:29, Jesus said, "You cannot enter a strong man's house and spoil his goods except
you first..."

What? "...Bind him." Fear is like a chain, it will bind you.

In 1 John chapter 4 verse 18, the Bible says, "...fear hath torment..." Many of you studying this
lesson have been tormented. You have no harvest and you don't have peace of mind.

Today is your day! Fear must go!

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power; and of love> and of a sound mind."
2 Timothy 1:7

Hear the Word of the Lord:

 There are people reading this who have almost lost their minds. Fear has almost taken your
mind from you.

You spirit off fear is bound in the Name of Jesus! I command it to come out of your life now!

REASON NUMBER THREE:

THE FAILURE SYNDROME
The third reason your harvest may be hindered is The Failure Syndrome.

And he said unto him, Oh my Lord, wherewith shall I save Israel?

Behold my family is poor in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father's house.
Judges 6:15

What was happening to Gideon?

Gideon was born into a family of failures. He grew up around failures. All his friends were failures.
His uncle was a failure. His father, a failure. His mother, probably a failure.

You see, when you have been around failure for so long success is a strange territory. Gideon was
used to failure. It was in his blood.

Hear the Word of the Lord:

I stand here not in my power, but I stand here as a servant of God. That failure syndrome will
be broken from your life!

You are going to be free!

Your testimony is going to come back into the ministry!

Break loose from failure!

Turn away from it!

It's over!

I don't care what family you come from. It doesn't matter what race you belong to.

People ask me around the world, "Are

you really an African?"

I say, "You're right. I am an African and I'm proud to be one, but I was made in heaven, packaged in
Africa and delivered to the world!"

Say, "This is my day. This is my harvest time. I received it NOW!"

 In the Gospel of John chapter five, the Bible tells the story of a man who had been sick. There was
this pool. When the angel troubled the water anyone who stepped in was healed. For 38 years this man
was right there, but couldn't get in.

One day, Jesus appeared. He said to the man, "Wilst thou be made whole?"

The man said, "Jesus, you don't understand. I don't have any man to help me."

That wasn't the question. Why do you think the man gave that ans v'er?

Because of the Failure Syr, drome. He had failed for 38 years and he thought he was about to fail
again. He could smell failure. He was saying, "It's going to happen again."

I don't know how many years you have failed, but today you will break out of your shell in failure.

Jesus said to the man, "Man, take up your bed."

You can't sit in one place and get the harvest. You've got to do something.

He said, "Take up your bed."

To many of you, I say, "Take up your Bible. Take up your talent. Take up your ability. Take up
your anointing."

The past is gone. Something new is about to happen. I'm telling you there is a breakthrough.

Take it!

Jesus said, "Take up your bed and walk." Recognize you have something. To walk means to use it.
Move with it. Go with it. Failure is gone.

I'm not saying this because it is good to say. I'm telling you because it is true. This is the time for
harvest. The Lord has turned your captivity around. There is a release of gifting.

God is touching every sickness, every disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, diabetes,
migraine headaches, blinding spirit, deaf and dumb spirit, crippling spirits, every demonic stronghold in
your life.

It is harvest time. The angels of the Lord are moving. God has moved in your life.

This is your harvest time!
