The paper contains information about the influences of tobacco on the maintenance of sIgA in the secret
pharynx at patients of chronic laryngitis and gastroesophageal reflux disease. As a result of complex in-
spection of 140 persons a considerable decrease in the maintenance of sIgA in secret pharynx at patients
of chronic laryngitis in combination with gastroesophageal reflux disease is revealed.
