Objective:
As an enthusiastic, flexible and caring educator my goal is to encourage my students to
become lifelong learners and using researched based teaching techniques to provide them
with the skills to be productive citizens in society. I work to achieve this by differentiating my
instruction, creating individualized education plans, utilizing cooperative learning strategies
and developing a classroom community that motivates students to step outside their comfort
zones and apply new skills in the process. My goal is to become an Elementary/ Special
education/ Montessori teacher. I hope to be able to blend aspects of Montessori and
conventional styles of education into a unique hybrid. Which might offer greater learning
opportunities for my students.
