1.Candidate experience means that the practical knowledge, academic
qualifications, professional certification that candidate have.
2.Candidate skill means how the candidate took at the duties the person will
perform and assess what skills are required to complete those tasks.
3.Heading information should include job title, pay grade or range, reporting
relationship, and the likelihood of overtime or weekend work.
4.Summary objective of the job means list the general responsibilities and
descriptions of key tasks and their purpose, relationships with customers, co-
workers, and others, and the results expected of incumbent employees.
5.Qualifications state the education, experience, training, and technical skills
necessary for entry into this job.

Question 2
Two types of information highlighted during an induction programme are
company product and organisation member. The staff in company need to
provide the information about company product. For example, in Immigration
Department when they have new workers they need to tell all the core business
that the new workers will faced and how to work by followed the instruction and
procedure. Then, Human resources department or the company staff need to
introduce to all organisation member. From this situation the new workers can
know the member in the company.

The advantages of promotion from within an organisation is the organisation can
maintain the quality that the company have. This is because they know how to
work, what the objective in organisation and company. Then, the advantages is it
can clearly save the cost and budget. The company can save budget from using
it advertise they can just promote from the organisation.

Types of test used in selection process is medical examinations and physical
abilities tests. The medical examination is one of the later steps in the selection
process because the law prohibits it being administered to an applicant before he
or she has been made a conditional employment offer. A medical examination is
generally given to ensure that the health of an applicant is adequate to meet the
job requirements. Then, Physical ability tests is to learning about a job
candidates mental capabilities need to assess a person physical abilities.

Advantages of using questionnaire is it typically quick and economical to use.
This is because from questionnaire the panel can detect the communication skills
and from this the selection will be very clear and quick. From this method it can
save the budget and time.

Two ways to overcome shortage is provide an overtime for the staff and
recruiting new contract or permanent staff. This can prevent the organisation to
the shortage manpower. This ways actually easy and quick to implement.

organizing function establishes relationships among employees so that they can
contribute collectively towards the attainment of an organisation's goals.
3. staffing
this is the process of obtaining and maintaining capable and competent personnel
in various positions at all levels. it broadly encompasses manpower planning,
recruitment, placement, induction and orientation, transfer, career progression,
promotion and separation.
4. directing
it involves directing all the available resources towards the common
organizational goals. thus, direction is a vital management function, which
ensures maximum employee contribution and also helps in establishing sound
industrial and human relations. it also involves coordination between different
departments.
5. controlling
it invoves the measurement of performance against goals and plans, identifies
deviations and by placing the process back on track, helps in the accomplishment
of plans.

Two sources of external recruitment is high schools and vocational school and
also former employees. Many of these institutions have outstanding training
programs for specific occupational skills such as home appliance repair and small
engine machines. Then,the advantage of tracking former employee is that the
firms knows their strengths and weaknesses and the ex-employees know the
compny.

Two benefits that organisation receives is the organisation will have a quality
staff that is full with training and the staff can give the best service and
work.Furthermore,the benefits that organisation receive is the company can
easily and can achieve their goals or objectives successfully.
