1 Introduction
At the site of pakage 2 was inspected by the Safety Officer of Nippon Koei Co., Ltd.
on Sept 21,2015.

2 Safety Measure were improved by the contractors

The contractors had already improve the safety measure as mention below and attached with

around the equipment operation area.
3 Rotation equipment accident
Refer for (8) (8) Workers were wear googles, gloves and mask
for avoided injury and sick.
4 Electric shock accident
Refer for (9) and (10) (9) Removed distribution board and properly
installed wires connection were avoid for
electric short accident.
(10) Advised to use ELB (Earth Lekage Breaker)
for all sub-contractors.
5 First Aid
Refer for (11) (11) First aid kits kept in the sub-contractor's
office and timely added consumption items
for in case of workers injured.

(1) Re-bars have stored minimum 30cm high above the ground for avoid dirty and rusted.

(2) Hand rails on walk-ways were provided for avoid fall accident of workers.
