Application Numrique :
Calculer la perte de charge diphasique dans une conduite de 4 (diamtre intrieur =
102 mm). Longueur de la conduite = 4.5 km et Bo conduite = 1.1; pression moyenne = 50 bars ;
dbit dhuile = 10 m3/h ; GOR = 80 std m3/ m3 ; point de bulle = 100 bars. Aussi, la densit
dhuile, sa viscosit et sa tension superficielle Y sont respectivement : 0.8 ; 10 Cp0 et 25
dynes/cm.
Pour le gaz : densit = 0.65( air = 1.23 g/l) et G = 0.01 Cp0.
NB. : On admet que les paramtres fournis sont valables pour une temprature
moyenne de la conduite de 30C et que le volume du gaz dissous est proportionnel la
pression.
Solution :
a)- Le gaz dissous dans la conduite est proportionnel la pression (P= 50 bars), soit :
GOR solution = (50/100) * 80 = 40 std m3/ m3 ;
GOR conditions conduites = 80 40 = 40 m3/ m3 ;
Dbit massique du gaz libre Qg en kg/h ;
