Experience with international projects and contract environment (if possible power
generation background)
Project: Myingyan IPP project
Mobilization: January 2017
Direct Hire
Duration: 3 years contract
Nationality: Local Burmese (no expatriate) Repatriate Returnee welcome
Language: Good English
Experienced Contract Manager (about 40 years old)
Candidate will be GE Representative on-site
Location: on-site, Myingyan, approximately 500 km north of Yangon and 90 km West of
Mandalay

Field Service Engineer/Contract Engineer

Experienced in power generation projects (ideally on General Electric equipment such as
GE Gas Turbines)
The FSE/Contract Engineer will coordinate between GE and client and ensure that the
power service contract is followed
Mobilization: Q1 2017
Contract Hire or Direct Hire
Duration: 2-3 years contract renewable
1 position with mechanical engineering background
1 position with electrical/controls/instrumentation background
Local Burmese Repatriate welcome
Good English language skills required
Location: Based in Yangon GE office but frequent site visits
Other: The hired candidate might be sent to the U.S. for trainings on GE processes and
technology
