On the southeast side of GNGs property holdings lies the Orisyvo deposit, a new
discovery owned by the worlds largest silver company, Fresnillo PLC. Orisyvo has
become one of Fresnillos flagship exploration and development propertys, with a
stated resource to date of more than 9.2 million ounces of gold and 13 million
ounces of silver. This discovery is planned for production and a future mill would
change the dynamics of discovery for Golden Goliath.

Fresnillos sister company, Peoles, now has claims that completely surround
GNGs properties within the Uruachic Mining District. Infrastructure improvements
underway include paving of access roads and a new airstrip. The Uruachic Mining
District is rapidly becoming an important new emerging gold/silver district in Mexico,
and Golden Goliath is in the heart of the action
