Visual inspection of weldments to follow up the NDT & related heat treatment as per project spec.

Ensure hardness after PWHT to confirm the adequacy of PWHT and do RT & MT if specified.

Review the NDT reports and heat treatment activities as per the project specification.

Ensuring adequate support to the QM/PM in the relationships with Contractor/Client and /or third
parties for quality topic.

Recording and managing systematically the non conformity reports issued on site, checking that the
settlement of non conformities is in compliance with the acceptability criteria and the schedule is in
accordance with the site requirements.

Line checking and clearing the punch list items for hydro/pneumatic test.

Prepare the line history sheet to the client for review & got the approval prior to hydro test.

Submission of final document and QC dossier to client.

Co-ordinate with commissioning activities & Clearing of MCC (Mechanical Completion certificate).

Preparing and maintaining various QA/QC documents and final test packages.

Maintenance of quality status of products in the fabrication shop through continuous process control
