ABOUT THE APPEAL:
The Syrian Refugee Crisis is the
largest humanitarian crisis of our
time. The horrors we see unfolding
on our TV screens are the horrors that
these men, women and children have
lived through; the horrors of torture,
violence and destruction. Having
fled the persecution, they now live
in refugee camps all over the world
where they continue to be haunted
and remain victims of trauma.
At the end of 2016, WF AID ran
an appeal raising money for the
mental health treatment of some
of the 1.1 million Syrian refugees
now in Lebanon. Our primary
