Groceries & Essentials List

MEAT 1 red pepper, finely chopped

1 can of cream of celery soup 2 TB of butter

2 jars of any spaghetti sauce 2 eggs

2 pkgs of shredded mozzarella cheese


PRODUCE
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 green pepper, finely chopped
4 TB of grated parmesan cheese Sesame seeds

2 pkgs shredded cheddar cheese 2 TB of onion flakes

OTHER 2 TB of garlic bread seasoning

3 TB of soy sauce 10 1 gallon Ziploc bags (or 17 if


doubling)
1/8 c of soy sauce
1 8x8 disposable pans
2 TB of ketchup
4 9x13 disposable pan
1 c of ketchup

TB olive oil

Jar of minced garlic

3 tsp of onion flakes

1/2 tsp of basil

1 tsp of red pepper flakes

Place all MEAT & DAIRY items in a LARGE COOLER with ice to transport to
workshop. You will then put the prepared meals back into the cooler to
transport home after the workshop. You may want to bring pantry items and
supplies in a large tote for easy transport.
