Job Description Analyst:

Roles & Responsibilities:

To act as an analyst and execute projects for financial institutions, lenders, investment banks, REITs, asset
managers, large corporations and consultancy firms

Understand scope of work and objectives based on client type and accordingly design work approach,
interpret and analyse information for accuracy, exhaustiveness and applicability

Preparing Asset Summary Reports and Credit Memos for projects

Spreading and evaluating all financial statements, identifying recurring and non-recurring income/expenses,
differentiating between capital expenditure and operating expenses, and understanding cash and accrual
methodologies

Communicate confidently with the client or project lead and take them through the sections of the deliverable

Help the project lead decide on timelines with regards to his/ her section of the work

To ensure 100% accuracy in the final work product delivered to the client/project lead

To maintain utmost confidentiality regarding the client and its related information

Knowledge required:

Knowledge of writing reports or memos - Essential

Knowledge and ability to interpret financial statements and important ratios - Desirable

Basic understanding of real estate concepts - Desirable

Skills required:

Basic MS Excel - Desirable

Excellent secondary research skills - Essential

Excellent communication (both written and oral) and presentation skills Essential

Strong writing skills - Essential

Business acumen in analytics, business valuation and financial research - Desirable

Education:

Graduates in Commerce/ Graduates in Economics / Masters or Post Graduate degree in Finance
