Being HR manager the strategy which I chose is the Cost-effective strategy. Staffing
is one of the greatest challenges face by the companies today. By implementing
flexible and cost effective to staffing, mangers can gain control over cost without
effecting the quality. If the organization has the adequate inter staff to meet the
requirements and it is also effecting the cost. To overcome this problem the manager
must know their resources and their capabilities. For this purpose managers reallocate
their resources and shifting duties with in your team members. But if there is a shot-
term need for the additional support organization may hire temporary staff.
Temporary workers may hire for expertise that doesn’t exist or those qualified
