are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to work with us and grow this project. A list of all the
open positions is at the end of this application. You may apply to up to two positions, but you may only be
selected for one position.

POSITIONS AND DESCRIPTIONS

LEAD ANALYST (APPROXIMATELY 20 POSITIONS OPEN)


• Responsible for suggesting and pitching stocks within an assigned sector of the market.
• Maintain communication and presentation to the Board of Directors.
• Delegate research tasks to associate analysts.
• Compile weekly, quarterly and annual report of the activities of the assigned industry.

ASSOCIATE ANALYST (APPROXIMATELY 20 POSITIONS OPEN)


• Research a particular company or a group of companies or an industry.
• Staying up-to-date with news and activities of the industry.
• Propose suggestions to the Lead Analysts.
• Support Lead Analysts in preparing a stock pitch.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER


• Responsible for compliance issues of the Fund, including trading protocols and adherence to the
constitution as approved by the Board of Directors.
• Responsible for the development of reporting as stipulated in Article VII.
• Serve as assistant to the President and point of contact for Sector Analyst as it relates to staffing
issues
• Serve as assistant to the CIO and point of contact for Sector Analyst as it relates to top-down
sector weighting in whatever manner deemed needed by the CIO.

VICE-PRESIDENT OF COMMUNICATIONS
• Serve as the internal representative of CMCM to its members by providing timely updates of
events of the Fund.
• Call for and record all votes at general and board meetings.
• Responsible for duties relating to the Fund’s operations and intra-university protocols, such as the
reservation of meeting areas.
