this is giving training to the care workers. It will assist them to deliver effective care services to the
patients. For the evaluation of my contribution, I will observe the working of social care workers to
determine the effects of training. If, results are positive then, it will show that I have fulfilled my
duties in a right manner. On the other hand, by interacting with patients, staff members and top
management, I will able to evaluate my own efforts. The discussion with every person, I will know
my positive and negative points. Therefore, with the help of different methods, I can evaluate my
contribution in placing health and safety needs of individuals.
