RECOMMENDATIONS
T The Steering Committees recommendation to the
City Council is a fixed route circulator system based
on the T alignment with these conditions:
1. Meet the stated goals of the Alternatives Analysis
2. Further exploration to define and receive prelim-
inary commitment of the required local funding
sources to include, for example, partnership, LID,
TIF, institutional, city resident support and parking
revenues
3. Accommodation of existing/emerging technology
to potentially include wireless and driverless systems
