014- Hit/Kick/Push - Staff - OSS Until MDR on 1/19/2017 (Services NOT

Provided)

_____ was upset because he had been suspended out of school on

Monday. He was very frustrated this morning and Ms. Harrah (RBHS
counselor) provided counseling to get _____ out of the car. He
participated in class. He walked out of his classroom. Ms. Harrah
(RBHS counselor) was contacted and she followed _____ to Mr. Carr's
office. He told Mr. Carr that he was really mad and that he was going
to break his nose and he admitted to making multiple other threats.
Mr. Carr asked him to stop and offered choices to regroup. _____ would
not allow Mr. Carr to leave his office. _____ kept standing in the
doorway when Mr. Carr attempted to leave. _____swung multiple times
at Mr. Carr in front of Ms. Harrah. He hit Mr. Carr partially on one of his
arms. Mr. Carr called Ms. Toggas and Ms. Pilkey for assistance. Ms.
Toggas and Ms. Pilkey reported immediately. _____ shared that he was
angry with Mr. Carr because he suspended him. Mr. Carr told Ms.
Toggas that he had contacted _____ mom, Mrs. _____. Ms. Toggas told
_____ that she was the one who suspended him; _____ swung at Ms.
Toggas and connected with her forearm at 12:34 p.m. in the presence
of Ms. Pilkey and Ms. Harrah. Ms. Toggas shared with _____ that he hurt
her, and now that he did so, she asked him to sit down and calm
down. They both sat. Officer Hoffer was called. _____ proceeded to put
his middle finger up at Ms. Toggas. He proceeded to tell her to go to
hell. He then proceeded to tell Ms. Toggas to "Join her mother." who
had just recently passed away. Counseling services were provided by
RBHS and administration. _____ summarized the poor choices that he
made with the adults: using his words to hurt people, stopping others
from doing their job, physically hurting other people.

ADMIN Comments: Ms. Toggas, Mrs. Pilkey, and Officer Hoffer met
with mom, _____, to let her know about the sequence of incidents that
had occurred. OSS assigned for 014-Hit/Kick/Push - Staff (services not
provided) for until MDR. MDR scheduled for Thursday, January 19, 2017
at 2:00 p.m.
