UNGINGJ CORPORARION

Ungingj corporation is an international company which has


subdivisions worldwide. Until now, we have five divisions in different
places around the world. Until now, there are 5 subdisions opened in
different locations around the world, however, there is only one division
which produces most of the profits; Unging shop.
Unging shop is food stores and we sell all kinds of food. This shop is
located in Africa, and this city is considered to be one of the most bizarre
places in the world. At this shop, we can earn up to 2447,981 as our highest
profit made.

Summary of Quarters
Unging Corporation is a small company that has 5 subdivisions managed by Unging.
For the first quarter, I opened office and shop at Yamoussoukro. Then, I saw that Unging shop
could earn many profits. So, I decided to open Unging-2 office more at Gao.
For the second quarter, I established a factory, bread factory, because eating is what I like to do, and
bread is my favorite food, and I hope that one day I will open it in real-life in the future.
All of my subdivisions could earn many profit but at different level. But, I never closed my subdivisions.
For Unging shop, it could earn many profits in the early stage and after that, profit kept decreasing
continuously.
For another shop, Unging-2 shop, it never gained any profit and revenue. But, it had many
expenditures which kept increasing. I knew that the city that I established my shop had less population
than Unging shop. But, I never thought that it would affect my store as well. So, nowadays it made minus
profit and hard to gain revenue. And the last subdivision, Unging bakery, it had problem too. At first, it
had employees problem. Thus, I would train and add more employees but it did not efficient as well. And
then I founded that the machine had high quality and prime cost was high too. So, it would hard to sell
goods and hard to gain many revenue.

Financial Profits and Losses


Unging shop- On Q1 midpoint to Q2 end, it can gain many profit. But on Q2 end it cannot gain profit
anymore and had minus profit.
Unging-2 shop- Unging-2 shop never got profit. It had expense more than revenue and profit because
of the number of employees and location. Gao had less population than Yamoussoukro.
Unging bakery- This bakery was not efficient too. It cannot earn any profit and it had many expense.
Because, the machine of this factory had high efficiency than employees can do. So, I will train my
employees more.
Now, my company has 3 subdivisions such as Unging shop, Unging-2 shop and Unging bakery. They
had lose and gain many profit but I never close it before. When my subdivisions lose the profit, I will focus
on the wrong of each company. Mostly, they are from employees problem, and the city that I open my
subdivisions had less population.

revenue. Then Q1 end, my company can earn revenue more
than Q1 midpoint. But, on Q2 midpoint my company was loss, 750000

so it can earn for 30061.9 dollar. Finally, Q2 end, the revenue

Asset Value and Company Cash.


For my Asset Value and my company cash, it is quite at the same level since Q1 midpoint
to the end of Q2 because I did not open many subdivision as well. Now at the end of quarter
2, I could earn 22,750,018 for asset and 21,697,281 from my cash. My asset and my cash was
different about 1 million. Most money that I got was from bonus point from daily visit and I
was invested my company less too.

company did not spend a lot of money
for bought capitals but on Q2 end my
company had many expense from

From the graph, Q1 midpoint and Q1 end(the


peak rank) were grow up increasingly.
Nonetheless, on Q2 midpoint the graph was
decrease to minus point astoundingly. But finally
the graph of Q2 end was grow up to got profit
again.

From the overview, in Q1 midpoint to the end of Q2, my company can earn many profit.
When the factory was established, my profit was loss immediately.
For Unging shop, it was the first shop that I opened. It can gain profit 49,085$. Mostly, it
was from Q1 midpoint to Q2 midpoint because at the end of Q2, this subdivision was loss the
profit.
For Unging-2 shop, it never had profit. So, for revenue, it can earn totally $12,891. It was
quite hard to gain it more and more.
And the last subdivision, Unging bakery, it did not earn profit too. For revenue, it can earn
$888. I knew that it is quite less, but I just opened it, and I hope that in the future it will earn
many profit.

For my subdivision that made profit, it was only Unging shop. The reason why my company
can earn many profit was selling price and the quality of goods. I sell goods in low price that
made many customer are interested to buy them. And another one goods that I sell satisfy all
customer need. For example, my store(Unging shop) sold flour. Flours was the main ingredient
of many deserts. So, it had high demand of customers. If I sold them in cheaper price,
definitely, customer would buy what I sell.

profitable subdivisions
For my subdivision that made profit, it was only Unging shop. The reason why
my company can earn many profit was selling price and the quality of goods. I sell
goods in low price that made many customer are interested to buy them. And
another one goods that I sell satisfy all customer need. For example, my
store(Unging shop) sold flour. Flours was the main ingredient of many deserts. So,
it had high demand of customers. If I sold them in cheaper price, definitely,
customer would buy what I sell.

company up to the end of Quarter 2.
For income statement of my company, on quarter 1 midpoint and quarter 1 end, it can
earn $2,634,756. And, at quarter 2 midpoint and at the end of quarter 2, it could earn
1,038,2659. From this statement, you can see my company had loss income in quarter 2
because it had many loss profit in subdivisions.
other components
For the most important thing of my company is setting prices. When I was setting price of goods in my shop
high with low quality, nobody bought it. At first, it made me feel so upset because no one bought my goods then I
did not have any revenue and profit. I got a lot of expenditure. However, when I set my price of goods lower, set it
in reasonable price, it had many people bought my goods and then my revenue and profit increasingly grew up.
Moreover, the number of employees were important too. If you had less employees, it will make your company loss
efficiency. That lead to loss profit and gain expense too.
