Reminder About Protecting Collaboration Time
The first hour (or more) of each Thursday should be reserved for collaboration only. Please
make every attempt to schedule time for parent conferences, meetings, and running copies
on a different day or during the last half of your planning. Even if administration is not present,
the expectation is that you will collaborate each Monday in order to foster student growth
within your grade level.
Staff Assignment Request Form
Reminder--Please use this link to access the staff assignment request form. This will be
helpful information for Mrs. Pilkey and Mrs. Melchione for planning for the 2017-2018 school
year. Please complete the form by January 30th.

Good News Cards - Due March 1st
You should have received Good News cards in your mailbox last week along with mailing
labels for your homerooms. Once your cards are completed, please bring them to Ms. Price.
She will add postage and check off that your cards have been completed. As a reminder,
homeroom teachers complete a Good News card for each student in your homeroom and
Exploratory teachers select 20 students. The deadline for completion is March 1st.
