Vaccine Exemption
Utah ranks high in states choosing
not to vaccinate their children. This
may lead to a reemergence of
vaccine preventable diseases like
measles or whooping cough.

Other reasons to not choose vaccination
But, autism is not the only reason
to choose not to vaccinate. Many
in Utah make the choice not to
vaccinate against HPV a sexually
transmitted virus that can lead to
prostate and cervical cancer. This
may be because of a belief their
children will only have one sexual
partner and not have a chance of
getting the disease. https://kaiserfamilyfoundation.files.wordpress.com/2015/08/7602-07-figure-31.png
The Future
With more people exempting their children
from vaccines we can expect to see a return
of many vaccine preventable diseases.
Diseases like whooping cough, measles, Measles
mumps, polio, rubella will be more common.
Vaccines are not only in the best interest of
your children, but also your community.
