51ST ANNUAL CAROLINA CLASSIC HOME & GARDEN SHOW
The 51st Annual Carolina Classic Home & Garden Show will be held at the
SC State Fairgrounds Friday, March 10 through Sunday, March 12, 2017. The
show is presented by Clyde Nettles Roofing and is hosted by the Building
Industry Association of Central South Carolina (BIA).
The Carolina Classic Home & Garden Show is the largest home and garden
exhibition in the Midlands. Over 200 construction, home improvement, and
outdoor products exhibits fill the Cantey, Ellison, and Goodman Buildings, plus
outdoor areas.
Opening day of the show is Seniors Day. Everyone age 62 and older is
invited to attend at no charge from 11 AM to 8 PM. Enjoy the wide variety of
exhibits at the show and the Senior Expo with special one-day only exhibits
from 11 AM to 4 PM in the Epic Homes Tent.
Saturday is Military Appreciation Day. Visitors who present their valid Mil-
itary I.D. can enter at no charge on Saturday. Plus, well have representatives
from Ft. Jackson at the show to talk about the 100 year history of the fort,
and what the future holds.
In addition to the many tried-and-true products and services presented at
the show each year, many exhibitors will display items that are completely

CAROLINA CLASSIC HOME & GARDEN SHOW SPECIAL EVENTS

The Carolina Classic Home & Garden Show is the largest home and gar-
den exhibition in the Midlands and will feature over 200 construction, home
improvement, and outdoor products exhibits in the Goodman, Cantey, and
Ellison Buildings plus outdoor areas. And if thats not enough, the organizers
have plenty of special features lined up this year.
Attendees can learn more about remodeling and new home construction by
attending free seminars offered each day of the show, sponsored by The Jeff
Riley Team of Keller Williams Columbia. There will also be many prize reg-
istrations and giveaways each day of the show. Exhibitors are offering over
$30,000 in prizes and special offers all weekend long!
Opening day is Seniors Day. Attendees age 62 and older can attend the
show at no charge on Friday, March 10. Plus, theres a Senior Expo being held
from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. that day in the Epic Homes Tent with special one-day
only exhibits.
Kids 14 and under enter the show at no charge every day, and weve got
special features just for them on Saturday and Sunday. See an Army Hum-
vee from Ft. Jackson on Saturday. Visit the Ellison Building to enjoy face
painting in the United Real Estate and get a special creation from Balloo-
nopolis Balloon Artists at the Balloon House on Saturday and Sunday. Lowes
brings their Kids Plant & Grow workshop on Saturday and Sunday from open-
ing to 2pm each day. Kids can plant seeds and take it home to watch it grow.
We didnt forget about the adults! Take a lunch or dinner break with our
wide variety of food trucks and fair-style foods each day of the show. On Sat-
urday and Sunday, enjoy locally-brewed German-style beers at the Bierkeller
Beer Garden in the Epic Homes Tent.
Every day of the Home & Garden Show is a great day to visit as there will be
over 200 exhibitors in all areas of home building, remodeling, gardening and
more. Plus, you can attend free educational seminars on a variety of subjects.
