We are very pleased to inform you that you were selected for the Master's Degree program
Automotive Engineezng starting in the winter semester 2oo1t2oo2
Please find enclosed the letter of admission and the declaration of acceptance form. The
letter of admission should be used for your visa application at the German Embassy or
Consulate. The visa formalities should be done immediately after receiving this letter
because the procedure for such visa might take some time.
lf some documents in your application are still missing, please forward them as soon as
possible (list of relevant courses passed at univerJity). Please note that for your
final
enrolment in Germany your original Bachelor's degree hasto be presented.
The first semester of the Master's course - your industrial internship - starts on October 1st,
2001 . The German preparatory language course begins on September 3'd, 2001
and lasts for
4 weeks till September 27th, 2001. The fees for the summer course are DM 350,-, including
the cultural program and teaching materials. I regret to have to tell you that there are no
more vacancies for this course. Please try practice your German as often as possible
because ALL AME GLASSES WILL BE TAUGHT IN GERMAN.
We will tryIo help you find accommodation (students' residence or private room) during your
