PATROL OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LISTED LOCATION REGARDING A SHOOTING CALL AND
UPON ARRIVAL DISCOVERED THE COMPLAINANT SITTING IN HISVEHICLE IN THE RESIDENTIAL
DRIVEWAY, SUFFERING FROM A GUNSHOT WOUND TO THE NECK. THE COMPLAINANT WAS
DECEASED AT THE SCENE. END OF ELEMENTS
