Some of the important points discussed in todays meeting are as follows:

Exports: Responsibility - Capt. Prakash

Vessel Thor Fortune expected to arrive on 13th Sept at NMPT to load 20-25 sets of
Nacelles from Padu, 12 sets of SB47 blades from Padu & 4 sets of LM blades from
Tuticorin
To prepare & share Cargo Status of all yards
Explore new Vendor for Crane Hire services
No orders are expected from RE Power in Q3

Imports: Responsibility Mr. NK Menon

Out of 75 USA shipments, currently 15 shipments are pending for execution which will
be completed by next week
Prioritise payments to Agility Logistics
25 sets of WTGs are expected for Daman in next week.

Quality: Responsibility Mr. Mugundan

To work out on commercials on the viability of leasing the vehicle for Nacelle
movement at Padubidri against Mob / Demob charges & share with the Management
To prepare Complete Costing & planning for:
o Plant to Port Mechanical Trailers modification for operational Cost Reduction
o All India Transport to various site Modification of enroute from the plant to
Hubli & carry out the movement directly to the site
To Share Quality Dashboard with the Management

Domestic Transportation: Responsibility Mr. Dharmendrasinh

Jodhpur to Jaisalmer transportation costing to be worked for movement of 2 WTG's

of 1.5 MW
To verify the WTGs Transit time specified in the SLA
Mr. Dharmendra & Mr. Hiren to visit SEL Pune office and resolve the Split Invoice
Issue ASAP to avoid further Invoice rejection from SEL
Penalty clause to be included as an Addendum in SLA 2012-13 which are as follows:
o Damages below 10,000/- to be deducted from vendors invoice where there is
complete negligence by the service provider
o Transportation cost for sending the damaged FGs for repair to the nearest plant
to be borne by the vendor
25% reduction on detention charges has been achieved from Globe on invoices raised
for hydraulic axles for FY 11-12
Mr. Alimullah is currently executing route survey of a priority site in Ahmednagar,
henceforth route survey to be conducted on demand basis

Finance: Responsibility Mr. Rakesh Agarwal

To perform reconciliation of vendors with operations (Import & Export). Imports Reco
to be done by 14th Sept and Exports vendor reco date to be intimated later
All trackers to be shared on a weekly basis with respective depts.. w.e.f from 14th Sept
EMCO BG to be issued by 10th Sept
Critical payments would be made by RTGS

New Business Development: Responsibility Mr. Gouranga Basu

Updates:
o EMCO 2 Trafo movements scheduled to be dispatched from Mumbai to Mirza,
Assam
o EMCO 1 Trafo movement for Punjab is likely to be confirmed next week
o GE Power Contract to be finalised by 10th Sept for movement of
Transformers
o Kolkata to Anand, Gujarat 1 shipment of 1.5 MT of crane hooks

Mr. Gautam, Mr. Mugundan, Mr. Amit & Mr. Hiren to visit Daman plant on 12th Sept. to resolve
Quality issues
