Current situation Assignment is located in a 80 acres site dealing exclusively with electronic goods
(Briefly describe perimeter fencing) and items with 70 over employees currently employed. The facility is located in an
open area with no adjacent facilities or activities going on the immediate
surroundings. Basically the whole assignment has two areas of security
implication. One in the warehouse facility and the other in the container yard area.

Besides access control of people and vehicles, the primary activities include
acceptance of incoming goods and checking goods, preparation for dispatch and
shipping, packing, repacking, packing for transport, storage and inventory control,
supervision of orders, supervision of stock and etc.

The facility conducts its business on a 24 hr operations particularly the container


yard activities.

Target Probability: There is no "cookie-cutter" plan that will secure each and every type of facility
irrespective of the nature of business it conducts. Management of each facility will
have to identify its own security needs, starting by conducting a risk assessment.
How likely a target you are perceived to be by criminals will, in large part,
determine how likely you are to actually be attacked. Also how potential criminals
and attackers perceive you depends, in part, on their potential "gain," and on what
visible security measures you have, and how effective they are perceived to be. In
other words, what is their possible gain, and what is their risk? Often a lucrative but
well-protected target will be by-passed for the less well-secured "easy" facility.
