Provide a brief review of your progress and achievement to date, prior to starting
UNIT 8. Consider skills acquired, working methods, achievements and
general / specific progress in aspects of theory and practical.

shoot,especiallybecausethisisapossiblecareerpathIwouldliketodoandprofessionalsfashion
photographerswouldplanouttheirphotoshootsandwouldbeveryorganised.

What is your project concept and rationale?

My idea for my final major project is that I could post images (around 6 photos) on
my Instagram account that is associated with beauty standards for both females
and males, and how the media can affect young people's idea of beauty.

MyreasonforthisisbecauseIwaspersonallyinfluencedbythefashionindustryandthemediaabout
bodystandardsandIthinkitisanimportanttimetoexposethefashionindustryandthemediaeven
thoughIwanttobeafashionphotographerasacareerpathbecauseI personally think it has the
opportunity to show diversity and different forms of beauty and how it isn't about
physical beauty overall.

How will your project be evaluated and reviewed?

Myprojectwouldbeevaluatedandreviewedbyproducingproductiondiaries,evaluatingmyresearch
anddoingafinalevaluationaftermyfinalmajorprojecthasbeenhandedin.

Productiondiariesaredailyupdatesofwhatyouhavedonethatday,whatwentright,whatwentwrong
andevaluateitanddiscusswhatyouaregoingtodonext.

Evaluatingyourresearchisimportantasyoudiscusswhyyouresearchedthatsubjectandwhatyouare
