Vision

We envision the NPCMST as one of the center of quality education producing


graduates whose skills and competitiveness are cooperative for local and
international standards.

Mission

Inspired by its vision, we endeavor our students to become quality professionals and
workers in their respective fields of specialization whose knowledge, skills and
values will make them outstanding in the local and global work place.

Strategic goals: IT is required in all programs at NPCMST.

Development of dynamic and responsive programs. A-tuned with the fast


innovations in relation with multi-media future perfect inventions that will lead to t
overall enhancement of NPCMST in general.
The HEI conducts outreach programs to community with program-related activities
that the school has offered. Example of outreach programs conducted were
Computer Literacy programs to barangay officials by the school computer
department. Outreach programs were strategic community based enhancing usage
of IT in community needs, production and linkages, calamities, disasters.
Connecting the barrios/barangay to the world.

The HEI wants to expand more its outreach programs and projects to the region or
even to the nation by improvement of IT programs. For this time period, innovations
were surely help in the development of our nation. The students of the institution
are doing innovations and system programs that contribute to the needs of the
society. Having competitive employees is the key to achieve all this.

The HEI is very much willing for the development of its faculty. The HEI conducts
seminars and trainings and sends its faculty to seminars and trainings every year.
They even send employees to trainings/ seminars for a month with allowance and
salary.

The profile of the HEIs faculty & staff are at the average level in terms of age.
Majority were at the range 25 to 45 years old that is very much suitable for their
academic development.

The HEI prepared for the K to 12 Transition by offering High School Department to
cope up with the no enrollment for the year 2016 to 2018. It also sends its faculty to
trainings and encourages faculty to finish their Masters Degree for this period.

The nomination of the faculty/staff for academic scholarship is very helpful since
most instructors have less subject load than what is for full time, having less than
24 hours per week. Faculty can have their time to take their masters/ doctors
degree in case their nomination of faculty/staff for academic scholarship is
approved.

The HEI's provides other support for its faculty during this period by allowing faculty
to conduct research in exchange for a certain amount. Faculty were also given other
office work to cope with their lessen subject loads.
Yes, the nomination show a balancing in the development of teaching and non-
teaching personnel, and the HEIs trifocal role of instruction, research & extension.

Yes, the nomination, as a whole, reflect strategic planning of teaching and work
loading during the K to 12 Transition Period.

This faculty/staff nomination for academic development by sending them to take


their master or doctors degree is really of a big help. School faculty will meet the
academic requirements for teaching with this program. The need to terminate
some employees will be avoided because of having no enrollees for first year and
second year for the k12 transition period. Having faculties that meets academic
requirements of teaching will be of greater help in the schools mission and vision.
This will make the school competitive with other institutions not only in the regional
but also in the national level.

He is currently the Dean of computer department in the school and we've seen
already his dedication to his job. His loyalty to the school. His interest to improve
himself.

Yes the chosen discipline/degree is related to his/her teaching discipline.

He agreed upon the return service agreement of three years starting upon
completion. Since he is the dean of the computer department, a development in his
career will surely benefit the institution.

Yes, the nominee exhibit a strong potential to contribute to the improvement of the
HEI, or in his/her discipline area by actively and constantly providing ideas for the
development of technology in the institution.

institution and uplifting the standards in the teaching method of the institution.
