For a business to succeed there has to be a harmony among
management, workers and society
Authority plays a role but today it is expected that authority be
more of a facilitator than a task master
Society has got rid of COMMAND ECONOMY
There is a choice of industry and employment for people, as
well as choice of goods and services for consumers
Democracy and Good Citizenship is expected from the
employers and the employees alike
