1. Selected agents: all the peoples who receives work item in there inbox are
selected agents, not necessary all of them can execute the task
2. Possible agents: all the peoples who can execute the work item
3. Responsible agents: All the peoples who should do excute the work item
4. Actual agent: One who excutes the work item
General tasks: If you mark task with attribute general task instead of assigning
possible agents. General tasks has not security. That is why, anyone can execute
the task
