RULES/CONTRACT FOR USE OF COMMONWEALTH ROOM (EARTHFOODS)

Groups using the room must meet with a representative of Earthfoods to go over the contract, obtain the representatives signature, and
bring it to an ECO at The SORC, SU 208, to be added to their AFS (Agreement for Services). Retain the original and bring it to your
event to follow the checklist and set diagram. For more information call The SORC at 413-545-3600.

Do not alter the chalkboards or bulletin boards.


Do not move or alter any posters/decorations.
Do not put any food on or near the serving cart.
Do not touch the register. If it is unplugged it will lose its programming.
If possible, do not rearrange the room.
Anything that is brought into the room must leave the room. The Commonwealth Room cannot be
used for storage.
The room must be left as it is found.

Before You Leave Checklist*:


Sweep floor.
Wipe down and sanitize surfaces used. This includes tables, warming cart, dressing cart, etc.
Move tables, chairs and serving carts back to their original space. See attached diagram for
more details.

CONTRACT
I, have read and agree to adhere to the rules above for use of the Commonwealth
Room on / / . I understand that if these rules are not followed to the satisfaction of
Earthfoods the Campus Center may reserve the right to refuse use of the Commonwealth Room to the
offending group for future events.
I understand that my group must leave the room as clean as possible -- pick up its trash, sweep, and
sanitize surfaces.

*Earthfoods will provide a broom and dustpan by the trash receptacle at the front entrance.

*The Student Activities Resource Room, SU 208, will provide other cleaning supplies. Groups must pick
up the supplies before their event and return them on the next business day.
