Profile
I am an eager and hardworking student seeking part-time employment. My skills include
maintaining focus on the task at hand, team-orientated, and ability to balance many demands at

calm in high-stress situations. I have various experience with customer service through both
volunteer and work experience.

Big Moo Ice Cream Parlor - Customer Service

Worked as part of a team with a service mindset to scoop ice cream, help customers, and maintain a
clean and healthy environment. Tasks included mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, counters and
tables, as well as serving and interacting with customers.

Developed strong customer service skills by ensuring every patron had a positive
experience

Volunteer Work

Home Church Red Deer - Dream Team Volunteer

Work with children ranging from kindergarten to middle school on a weekly basis in various
leadership roles. I help to ensure care of children ages 5-13 throughout various weekly programs.

Gained leadership skills through one-on-one mentorship and administering group


activities
Managed multiple tasks, crafts and activities at once while balancing the various
needs of children.
Took initiative to respond to needs of leaders, parents, and children on an ad-hoc
basis.

Leadership
Trained to lead and mentor a group of young middle school girls and influence them
in a positive way; position gained through volunteering at Home Church in the J12 (grades
5-7) program. I volunteer in this program 2-3 times a month, not including optional small
group nights.
Collaborate with other leaders weekly to discuss future activities for both J12
(grades 5-7) and Kids (kindergarten - grade 4) ministries at Home Church
