When I reflected on my teaching practice in this week. I focused on
.the teacher and what the learning styles she used in the classroom Each teacher has to use different teaching styles with the students in the classroom. I think that effect on pupils and their interaction with their teacher. So, the interaction of students depends on the teacher and what she uses with them during the lesson. For example, my MST used the Kinesthetic style in math subject she gave the students 3-time table airopex the students learn three-time .table through using their hands, head, and legs I noticed that the children when they did the airopex they were very excited and they asked the teacher a lot to do it. I think the children prefer learning by using their body because they like moving a lot. Moreover, the students ask the teacher which group did the best girls or boys? But she said '' you have to do it together'' after that she encouraged all two groups and she said to them you are an amazing class. I really like the teacher when she motivates her students by using words, points and grades I think this give the students positive feelings about themselves ''Pupils motivated through using rewarded or positive words to estimate their efforts'' .(Mckinney) On the other hand, the teacher used a visual style in English lesson. She teaches the students a story under title 'superhero'. The students memorize the story by using codes. Actually, this is a first time for me to see something very strange like that. But the students very clever and they save the codes easily because the teacher uses a cardboard to write the different codes and the students memorize them in the same time. Also, this style called visual intelligent "Students in this intelligence understanding the relationships of pictures and related the pictures with something " .(Howard Gardner, 1983) In this week, I did my first observation I teach the students full math lesson. It was a fabulous lesson also; the students were very interacting with me. The lesson went smoothly. After the lesson, my MCT gave me a feedback. She gives me positive comments. I felt like I improved in some ways such as, I was very confident and relaxed. Also, my voice was loud. My instructions were very clear for .students My MST also gave me a feedback and she said ''I think you are in the right way, you will be a great teacher and you are always tired because you want to develop yourself and I observed you when you work very hard'' I learned from my previous experience "nothing .''comes easily so you have to work hard to reach your dreams
In future, I will be a fabulous teacher and I will use different teaching
styles to teach my pupils and I will focus on my language to develop it so, I have to work hard in the process of developing my second .language
