INTRODUCTION

Timeframe Productions and

Media Ventures, Inc. is a full-
service below-the-line powerhouse
agency that is composed of three
(3) small companies that act as a
separate department under the
same roof. Timeframe handles the
whole functions and financing of the firm, Movado handles sales, marketing activations,
and operations, while Spark handles designing and digital productions. Having the said
expertise on different fields, the combined force of the three companies enabled the firm
to offer an end-to-end below-the-line creative services specializing in crafting effective
marketing activation programs, leading edge events, graphic designing, digital works,
and audio and video productions. The company has been providing assured quality
services for over 10 years, staying ahead of the curve and continues to innovate in the
fast-paced industry living to its mantra: Future made better. From concept generation
to implementation, Timeframe provides exceptional service, WHATEVER IT TAKES!

COMPANY LOGO

Timeframe has been symbolized by the triangle that saw various

positions and forms through the years. The triangle initially was a play
button to describe the core service of the first Timeframe which is video
production. In 2005, it changed to reflect a forward moving agency. It
has changed its form again in 2012 to symbolize its incorporation. This
2016, the triangle evolved into what we call the Tri-Triangle, a symbol
that communicated upward success in its three core services and
departments.

MISSION

To provide excellence in ideation, creation, and execution to our trusted clients,

WHATEVER IT TAKES.

VISION

To be the leading below-the-line agency providing innovative and excellent services for
our trusted partners in the Philippines and Asia.

12
SHORT HISTORY

The dream started in October 2002, Mr. Ray Josef Samson, a Business Management
graduate from Ateneo de Manila University dove head first into the enormous field of
growing audio and video production industry. He formed the triangle known as
Timeframe Media Company that pioneered same-day graphics and AVPs editing
created from bulky desktop systems brought around during events.

Timeframe Media began to upgrade its skills to produce stunning designs on print media
in 2005. Also in this year, the company officially began as a full-pledged below-the-line
service agency where they started to independently execute massive events and
projects for big companies such as Universal Robina Corporation, San Miguel
Corporation, and Smart Communications. Soon after, it has acquired several partners
such as Kraft Foods Philippines now known as Mondelez, Mead Johnson, Maersk,
Bayer, Boehringer Ingelheim Philippines, Samsung, Luxasia, Philips, Nutriasia and
Fonterra Brands Philippines. It continues to progress and organize massive events from
product launches, conferences, team building seminars, concerts, exhibits, parties and
mall events and activations.

Employing thirty-five (35) people in 2013, the company has again evolved into
Timeframe Productions and Media Ventures, Incorporated, armed with the vision of
being the leading below-the-line agency that provides innovative and excellent services
in audio-video productions, events, marketing activations, and digital services for their
trusted partners in Philippines and Asia. It has changed its face but at the core, it is still
the agency that delivers quality service beyond the clients expectations, WHATEVER
IT TAKES!

PERSONAL &
TRAINING
EXPERIENCES

PERSONAL AND TRAINING EXPERIENCES

24
The following are the essential things that I have experienced during my internship at
Timeframe Productions and Media Ventures, Inc. under the Finance and Operations
Department:

During my first day at the office, I was already exposed immediately about the
companys operation regarding the conceptualization of event proposals and
execution plans, logistics operations, project coordinating, and management of
companys expenses through document controlling of receipts, vouchers, and
slips. I am also asked, together with my intern colleagues to participate in the
theme conceptualization for Universal Robina Corporations National Conference
for the year 2017. During that time, I have discovered that big time companies
such as URC, San Miguel Corporation, Del Monte, and NutriAsia Philippines are
patrons of the companys creative and dynamic service.

I and my colleagues have experienced a same day planning and presentation

activity at the front of supervisors and managers. During that time, we also
learned additional information on how to properly create a marketing or
promotional strategy proposal. Lastly, the father of the companys CEO, Mr. Ray
Samson, discussed to us the real essence of every businesses, which is to
satisfy customers not just only about generating income or profit.

As a Finance Assistant, I have experienced how to manage and create

employees payroll, analyze Non-VATable and VATable receipts, vouchers, and
deposit slips intended for the financial year-end report.

In becoming a part of the Planning and Execution Team, I have experienced

communicating different clients, agencies, reputable persons/performers, event
place admins, and catering services. This kind of exposure enables me to
understand how the companys operation works, and boost my confidence in
communicating with professional people.
