Directions:

1. Read recipe and complete the estimation ingredients sheet by shading in cups
and completing the questions.

3. Check in with teacher (show estimation sheet & measuring cup). Receive
two plastic bags and put one inside the other.

4. Move with partner to stations, measure out ingredients, and pour in bag.
Take turns by rotating jobs of bag holder, ingredient measurer, and recipe
checker.

5. Place bag in Done Bin and start working on estimating worksheet.

6. Computer time for those done early. Play some games or get us more AR
points!

Recipe for Monster Cookies PER GROUP:

1/2 cup of brown sugar

1/2 cup of white sugar

(1/2 cup) 1 stick of butter

1 egg
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups of of oats
3/4 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/3 cup of chocolate chips
1/4 cup of white chocolate chips
2/3 cup of M&Ms
3/4 cup of Rice Krispies
1 teaspoon of salt
