the different methods on how to cope

De-stress expectation. The causes of stress vary
from person to person, but here are
some of main causes: school, parents’
expectations, major changes in life, and
financial problems. Especially in my
high school, lots of my friends have
told me that they suffer from stress
because of school work or their
parents’ expectations. | have tested
several methods.

Method #1: Writing in a Journal
I you like to write, then this stress relieving
method is for you. Honestly this was one of
‘my favorite methods because I love to write
creatively, but if you like to write this would
be a good method for you
Method #2: using the app Calm Meditate,
Steep, Relax
Tals app is available on both Android and
10S. For this app, used @ meditation feature
for one week. | hate it! 'm nat the type of
person to stay still,so this method is not for
me. If you are a person who is always on thelr
phone, then I suggest this method to you.
Method #3: Aromatherapy

So this method is one of my favorites. All you
have to do is something relaxing, lke taking
a bath,and light some candles with your
favorite scent | also put some essential oils
to the water,so | could smell like a candle
too. If you lke to try scents to take away your
stress, use this method
Method #4: Listening to Music
If you love music, you should use this
‘method. It was one of the simplest
‘methods that | have tried and it works.
Just listen to your favorite type pf music
and do your homework, or study. If you
prefer heavy metal or rock, you should try
to listen to more clam music because it
will have the best effects afterwards.
