Narrative
Arrestee was caught at the scene of the arrest with an alcohol container in hand.
When asked his age, the arrestee stated that he was 19 but with obvious dysphoria.
I then proceeded to give the arrestee an oral breathalyzer test, which resulted in
him blowing a BAC of .232. Identification was asked for and once produced, the
arrest was then made.
