The activities are 1, Stand 2 - 3 meters beside marshaller or wherever PIC can see. 2. Watch the taxi lights, landing lights and Navigation lights when aircraft taxi in. 3. Also watch if any abnormal condition about doors, fluid leakage at engines, wings, wheel well and APU. 4. Make sure aircraft completely stop, go to aircraft nose and plug in the head-set jack. 5. Make sure wheel chocks are properly placed by GSE personnel and record ATA. 6. Give info to cockpit that wheel chocks are in position. 7. Make sure by-pass steering pin and L/G pin removed 20. This report have to be sent to the En-route Stazion and Cengkareng Base (Maintenance Control Center) with Sita Code CGKMOGA immediately to acknowledge the Cengkareng base and en-route station take the necessary action. If there any irregularities or delay flight the telex copy shall be added to CGKMQGA and JKTONGA. Maintavi Two , Three and further. > Maintavi Two is made as continuation of Maintavi One if Aircraft has trouble, delay more than 30 minutes and any further progressive of trouble investigation / rectification. > Maintavi Three and further is made as continuation of Maintavi Two if any more further progessive ot trouble investigation / rectitication. > If trouble is rectified and aircraft serviceable, the message is must be sent within 15 after ATD as Last Maintavi and Final. General This chapter is describes the fueling and de-fueling procedure that must be followed by all maintenance personnel and Fuel Provider operator to refuel the aircraft, prior to each flight during or prior to maintaining the aircraft. 2 Responsibility Before commencing the refueling operations, che GEshall responsible to prepare the refueling, surveillance and enforcement of all safe! regulations law applicable procedures: a. Assure that the prescribed the quantity, location, and grade of are loaded. b. The GEshould station at the aircraft fuel control panel during pressure fueling operation. c. GE/ Technical Handling agent shall record the aircraft maintenance log book: 1) Fuel use for maintenance 2) Remaining on board fuel quantity prior aircraft overnight or prolong stop. Precaution Refueling/ Defueling The following is safety precaution before fueling operations can be done a. Ground Engineer 1)Ground fire extinguisher must be in accessible position at the edge off the fuelling and de-fueling zone ready for use 2)Fuel sample should be taken from the fuel truck, check water contamination by using water detector, check visually cleanliness of fuel by shaking fuel sample must clear of sediment. 3)Obey the fuel grade limitation, if the incorrect grade of fuel use, engine flame out, performance degradation, or damage can occur. 4)Check before refueling: a)fuel truck operator shall connect electrostatic bonding cable between the aircraft and the refueling vehicle, b) fuel output volume meter is zero. 5)Refueling with arU running is acceptable. 6)Refueled as what is required, as plan in the Garuda Fueling Order Form OSF.Record the remaining and total fuel required, plan fuel uplift. Determine Fuel Specific Gravity (Density) provided by fueling operator or see par. 9, signed by ground engineer. Over wing fueling during raining is prohibited b.Under Wing Fueling 1) Discharge possible static build up in the fuel dispensing hose by touching the pressure nozzle to unpainted part of the Aircraft such as ground point. 2) Refueling connection and cap must be in proper condition, no leakage and cap is installed after refueling. The aircraft must not be flown without fuel filler cap installed or refer to appropriate Minimum Equipment List (MEL). Whenever the time interval is listed as flight days, the time interval begins on the flight day following the day discovery Category B : Item in this category shall be repaired within 3 (three) consecutive calendar day's (72) hours excluding the day malfunction was recorded in the Aircraft Maintenance Log Book. Category C : Item in this category shall be repaired within 10 (ten) consecutive calendar days (240 hours) excluding the day the malfunction was recorded in the Aircraft Maintenance Log Book. Category D : Item in this category shall be repaired within 120 (one hundred and twenty) consecutive calendar days (2880 hours) excluding the day the malfunction was recorded in the Aircraft Maintenance Log Book.
