CITY SPECIFIC AGREEMENT ATTACHMENT

Location: Pigeon Forge, TN (PFTN)

Qualifications:
a. Married or romantically co-habiting couples both must be at least 25 years of age with a combined annual
income greater than $50,000 (unemployment and child support are not considered income).
b. Single women must be at least 25 years of age with an annual income of at least $50,000 (unemployment
and child support are not considered income)
c. For identification purposes, each Qualified Prospect must possess, and present at the Presentation, a valid
drivers license and a valid major credit card (must match the name on their id) (checkbooks & debit cards
are not accepted). Couples must show proof of cohab such as matching address id, bank account with both
names, lease, utility bill, mortgate statement etc, Newlyweds may use marriage certificate (must be in the
last 90 days) In the case of a guest having a significant other even if they do not have proof of cohab they
must tour together.
d. Couples cannot have toured a Grand Crowne/Capital/Surrey Resort within the prior 13 months and cannot
be owners of Grand Crowne/Capital/Surrey Resort. Cannot be employees or affiliated with Grand
Crowne/Capital/Surrey Resort
e. Must be legal residents of the US and must speak and understand fluent English.
f. Guest must be creditworthy including no bankruptcy, judgments or liens in the past 3 years.
g. Must attend a 120 minute timeshare presentation.
h. Not valid for groups. A group is considered 2 or more families traveling together or meeting in MS for this
offer.
i. Guests cannot reside in Harrison, Jackson or Hendricks counties
j. Tour pay: $300 less rooms nights and gifts
k. Reservations cannot be accepted less than 7 days prior to arrival.
l. Cancels and reschedules must be requested at least 5 business days (mon to fri) prior to check in date,
failure to do so will result in a 1 night charge plus tax.
m. A 1 night no show charge plus tax will apply for any confirmed guest that does not check in. All room
nights will be charged back for guests that do not meet the qualifications outlined above or does not attend
the presentation.
n. Guest is responsible for resort fee, taxes and any incidentals.
