To Whom it May Concern,

I have had the pleasure of having Mr. Jeffrey Bienasz as a volunteer in my

classroom this semester. I have been a teacher of gifted elementary students at
Bensenville School District 2 for the past 12 years. Jeffrey has volunteered for
service in my classroom three hours a week since February 14.

My classroom consists of a mixed group of gifted third and fourth graders.

Initially, Jeff helped my students with research and math questions. Jeffrey has a gift
for communicating with my students at a level which they can understand, with
humor and amiability. The students eagerly look forward to his visits.

Later, when challenged by two fourth grade students whose ability to perform
higher level math became very evident, I found that Jeffrey was interested in
teaching them higher level math and was willing to take on the task of providing
additional differentiation for these students. We discussed various resources I had
at my disposal, made an outline of what the students needed to cover, and Jeffrey
independently created lessons using those resources to challenge my students.

I find Jeffreys willingness to work on both specific and wide ranging tasks in
my classroom refreshing. He is extremely dependable and personable. I am
confident that he would be an asset to any program for which he is being
considered.

Should you wish to contact me for further information, I can be reached via

Sincerely,
