FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe, familiar with $42B

Lawsuit Harihar vs. US Bank, et al.
Boston, MA, May 10, 2017 While the Nation reacts to the firing of FBI Director James Comey, his
interim replacement, former Deputy and now Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe is certain to face
questions regarding the $42B lawsuit Harihar vs. US Bank (Boston, MA). The lawsuit, which stems
from the misconduct of the US Foreclosure Crisis, continues to gain national attention, as recent
developments have brought allegations including (but not limited to) Treason, Economic Espionage,
Fraud on the Court, Color of Law violations, and expanding Conspiracy claims. Pending now before
the Judicial Council of the First Circuit Appellate Court is an extensive Judicial Misconduct Petition
brought against US District Court Judge Allison Dale Burroughs.

The Plaintiff (now Appellant) is Mohan A. Harihar who, for six (6) years has (out of necessity)
represented himself as a pro se litigant, is again seeking the Courts assistance with the appointment of
counsel prior to moving forward in the Appellate Court.

Harihars evidenced claims against ALL Defendants (including the Commonwealth AND also claims
brought against the United States) are considered both civil and criminal in nature. Despite filing multiple
criminal complaints with the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General AND the FBI, Harihar was
informed by BOTH the Commonwealth and the DOJ, that the criminal acts committed against
him WOULD NOT be prosecuted.

Harihars objectives from the beginning have been twofold: 1. To hold parties civilly and criminally
responsible for personal damages resulting from a recognized ILLEGAL FORECLOSURE, and 2. To
gain alignment with the United States concerning Harihars Intellectual Property, and an economic
framework designed to deliver $5T+ in economic growth to the United States.

ONE of Harihars numerous efforts to seek agreement and accountability is documented in the August
19, 2015 email delivered to State and Federal authorities, legislators, and also the Consumer Financial
Protection Bureau (CFPB). The email was additionally forwarded to the direct attention of (then)
Assistant Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. This effort(s) was seemingly ignored by ALL parties.

Exposing evidenced corruption (alleged) brings certain concerns for safety and security. Harihar has
repeatedly expressed these concerns to the Court(s), and also to State/Federal Authorities even
formally requesting whistleblower protection, only to be ignored.

With this latest development involving the leadership of the Bureau, Harihar maintains hope that acting
Director McCabe will finally assist with: 1. Initiating corrective steps towards aligning Harihar and the
United States (as intended), and 2. Advising the DOJ to prosecute Defendants/ Appellees, if efforts to
reach mutual agreements are deemed unsuccessful and/or unavailable.
Official requests are now before President Trump and US Attorney General Jeff Sessions
requesting: 1. The assignment of a Federal/Special Prosecutor, 2. The Assembly of a Grand Jury,
and 3. The opening of an Official Criminal Investigation.

US Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and other legislators may wish to provide explanation as to why
they have ignored the many (documented) direct communications from Harihar through the years,
respectfully requesting their assistance.

other government officials, in its entirety.

To ALL Referenced State and Federal Authorities,

My name is Mohan A. Harihar. I am a pro se Plaintiff in a Federal complaint filed in the United States
District Court (Boston, MA), Docket No: 15-cv-11880, HARIHAR vs. US BANK et al. The
misconduct (alleged) involves multiple parties, is considered both civil and criminal in nature, and is
fully supported. Respectfully, you have been made aware of these referenced allegations, as multiple
criminal complaints are on file with the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, the
Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB),
and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Before moving forward with the referenced Federal complaint, an opportunity to reach a mutual
settlement agreement is being afforded to Defendants - US Bank NA and Wells Fargo NA, through
their retained counsel, K&L Gates LLP (Attorneys - David E. Fialkow and Jeffrey S. Patterson). A
copy of the DEMAND letter is attached for reference.

Should this effort to reach a mutual agreement be ignored, denied, or unsuccessful, the Plaintiff -
Mohan A. Harihar, makes clear that a sincere effort has been made to seek agreement before moving
forward with civil and criminal complaints; and that this effort has been clearly documented with both
the Court and State/Federal authorities. Furthermore, moving forward, Mr. Harihar will respectfully
call for an alignment between referenced civil and criminal complaints with State and Federal
prosecutors, as this Docket proceeds in Federal Court.

For documentation purposes, a copy of the referenced Demand letter has similarly been filed with the
US District Court. This correspondence will be documented with the Court as well.
Finally, since this matter involves the Intellectual Property of Mohan A. Harihar, and projects designed
to assist with this Nation's Economic recovery/growth, multiple government officials are copied on this
correspondence including:

1. US Senator Elizabeth Warren (MA)

2. US Senator Edward Markey (MA)
3. Governor Charles Baker (MA)
4. US Congresswoman Nikki Tsongas (MA)
5. MA State Senator Eileen Donoghue (MA)

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Respectfully,

Mohan A. Harihar
