General description
Model 700LS
Capabilities Continuous single-pass processing or batch recirculation. Silverson In-Line mixers are
capable of Mixing, Emulsifying, Blending, Homogenising, Disintegrating, Particle size
reduction, De-agglomeration, Gelling, Solubilising, and Reaction acceleration

Construction
Wetted surfaces 316L Stainless steel standard. Other materials available.
Seal Single mechanical shaft seals with carbon versus ceramic faces.
Double mechanical shaft seals and other sealing arrangements available on request.
Elastomers Viton. PTFE and other elastomers available as optional extras.
Stators GPDH (standard), SLDH, SQHS, EMSC, EMSCF available
Inlet/Outlet Connection 4 (100mm) Tri-clamp or flange fitting. All standard sanitary screw or flange fittings
are available on request e.g. ISS, DIN, RJT, SMS, ASA etc.
