Abstract

Salary management is an important part of a company strategy and


company culture. A well salary management system can not only attract and keep
good employee work for the company, but also influence their responsibility for


the company. China has take part in the WTO and many private-capital


companies have been developed. How to improve the salary management system
is a important subject for a company.


The writer of this paper wants to use the theories learned in MBA for 3
years, use a salary system planning of a high-technology company as example,


try to find and establish a salary system for the private-capital high-technology

company.
The paper includes 3 chapters. Chapter one is an overview of salary theories.

Chapter two is about the current status analysis of the salary of A
high-technology company. Chapter three is about the salary system innovation

and re-planning.

Finally, the writer gives out the conclusion of the paper.
